The 150m
fence is located next to the construction site of the National Theatre.
After its completion the area will be crowded with visitors. For this
reason the fence aims to improve the image of the harbour.
The fence is made of punched metal panels and lies on a North-South axis.
In the morning the sun rises behind the fence letting the harbour visible.
In the afternoon the sun is in front of the fence and makes the printout
visible. The graphic’s themes are harbour, people and Okinawa traditional
culture.
